Our journey began inside the walls of Ivy Reign Hair & Beauty, a thriving salon built on community, creativity, and empowerment. Over the years, we’ve welcomed not only clients through our doors but also young people eager to learn, grow, and find their place in the world.
As our team grew, so did our role in the wider community. We began working closely with local schools, offering placements and hands-on experiences to students who didn’t always thrive in a traditional classroom — but came alive in a practical, supportive setting. We saw first-hand how learning a skill, being part of a team, and feeling genuinely valued could transform confidence, motivation, and ambition.
What began as a few informal opportunities soon grew into something much bigger — a clear need for structured, inclusive, and inspiring vocational education. We realised we had the space, passion, and expertise to provide just that.
From that spark, Ivy Reign Academy was born.
Today, we proudly deliver high-impact programmes that combine real salon experience, life skills, and personal growth — helping young people unlock their potential, explore career pathways, and develop the confidence to step into their future.
